Fairmont Dallas

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly! Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in was nice and helpful. Valet deserves a special mention! They were slammmed when we were checking out, but brought out cars quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face and made sure to help each individual get loaded in their cars. If they were stressed, they didn’t show it at all. We ordered room service for breakfast. The food was hot and prepared perfectly and delivered with care. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great restaurants and venues. We would stay here again.

The bed was like sleeping on pillows! The staff and location and the all the space you get. The rooms were clean and warm(we stayed in Jan. brrr). Walking distance to bars,restaurants and omg a star bucks down stairs..

Excellent downtown location. Within walking distance of many food spots as well as bars. Interstate only a few blocks away for heading throughout the Dallas area.

There are several things I like about the Fairmont. I like the convenience of the location; it’s central to the things I want to see and do in Dallas. I also like the hotel’s elegance. Yes, it’s an older property, but that’s what gives it charm. Finally, the service is impeccable. I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

The room was very comfortable. There was both a coffee maker AND a hot water boiler--very nice touch! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
